History The club was originally part of Bristol Dog Training Club which still holds obedience training at Bedminster and Warmley. They formed an agility branch in the mid 80's which comprised various people who are still around in the agility world; Mike Bacon, Ralph and Jo Gay, Brian Reakes amongst others. They
originally trained at Dick Callicott's dog kennels at Chelvey and then
moved to the Riding centre for the disabled at Blaise Castle. We moved to Woodspring Equestrian Centre, Clevedon in the early 1990's and then moved to Urchinwood Manor, Congresbury a few years ago where we've been training ever since. |

It's very hard to say goodbye to dogs that have been part of a family for many years and have been part of a family's history. When that dog has been your partner in agility, and shared many triumphs and special moments, it is perhaps harder still. Here we pay our respects to dogs that have passed on, leaving giant pawprints in their wake. This is to our dogs; "Who are not our whole life, but who make our lives whole". |
